GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Hotel Park.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Hotel Park, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Hotel Park sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Hotel Park in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Hotel Park promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the recept of the deposit payment (30% of the total amount for the stay) or the data from the credit card from which will be effectued the withdrawal.

When your reservation will be confirmed you will receive a voucher (confirmation by mail or by fax) that must show when you will do the check-in at our structure.

Arrival (Check-In): The rooms are available from 14:00. It's also possible to deposit the baggage previously.

Departure (Check-Out): The rooms must be let free at 10.00 of the departure day.

The price of the rooms include: taxes, light, water, daily clean.

Only small domestic animals are allowed

The reservation is valid after have received the deposit. That deposit must be effectued in the next 3 days from availability confirmation. After that term, the reservation request is considered null.

For the nights from July 1st to August 31st we only accept reservations for Half Pension and Complete Pension.

Hotel Open time: 07.30 - 01.00

Breakfast: 08.30 - 10.00

Lunch: 12.30 - 13.30

Dinner: 19.30 - 21.00

Parking: The inside parking are reserved that stay for at least 2 weeks

CANCELLATION POLICY

The recess to the reserved period, in any moment it will be communicated, will involve the loss of the confirmatory deposit.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Hotel Park, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
